Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the JZ Multimedia Solutions website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• All content on this website, including text, design and graphics, is the property of JZ Multimedia Solutions unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time; continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
• Service-specific terms, including scope, timelines and pricing, are outlined separately in individual project proposals or agreements.

Business Terms

The following terms apply to client engagements with JZ Multimedia Solutions unless a signed agreement states otherwise:

• Proposals & Scope. Each project begins with a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline and cost. Work commences upon written approval of the proposal.
• Payment. Payment schedules are defined per project, typically structured around project milestones. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
• Revisions. Proposals include an agreed number of revision rounds; additional revisions beyond scope may incur additional cost.
• Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party assets, tools or pre-existing JZ Multimedia Solutions frameworks used in delivery.
• Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
• Termination. Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms defined in the relevant project agreement; work completed to date remains payable.

Refund Policy

Because our services involve custom, project-based work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project:

• Deposits secure project scheduling and resource allocation and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, any deposit paid may be refunded at our discretion, less any administrative costs incurred.
• Fees for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable, reflecting the time and resources already committed.
• Refund requests should be submitted in writing to hello@jzmultimediasolutions.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
